By enquiring about or booking a service with NIVEDA Home Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”), you agree to the following terms.
1. Quotations & bookings
- Base prices shown on this website are starting estimates for standard scopes.
- Optional add-ons (wall/ceiling wet cleaning, grill cleaning, fridge-inside cleaning, sofa shampooing) are charged extra and confirmed before work begins.
- A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge your date and time on call or WhatsApp.
- Villa / bungalow work is quoted individually after understanding the size and scope.
2. Scope of work
- Deep cleaning follows the checklist described on this website; anything outside it is quoted separately.
- Fridge-inside, wall/ceiling wet cleaning and shampooing are never assumed to be included unless explicitly agreed.
3. Access & preparation
- Please ensure an adult is present, and that water and power supply are available at the premises.
- Valuables, cash, jewellery and important documents should be secured before the visit.
4. Rescheduling & cancellation
- Please inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule — a phone call or WhatsApp message is sufficient.
- Repeated denial of entry at the scheduled slot may attract a visit charge, which will be communicated in advance.
5. Payments
- Payment terms are confirmed at booking; no online payment is collected on this website.
- Receipts or acknowledgements are shared for payments received.
6. Care & liability
- Our team works carefully, but pre-existing damage, loose fittings, or delicate surfaces should be pointed out before work starts.
- Please inspect the work with the team before they leave and raise any concern immediately so it can be addressed.
